Registration regulations:

The student fee only applies to full time students, a copy of the student ID-card must be emailed or faxed to the organisers.
 

Accompanying persons: free (no admission to scientific programme!)

 

Regular and Students Congress fees include:

  • Admission in all scientific sessions

  • Congress material (bag, programme, book of abstracts, etc.)

  • Coffee breaks at the congress centre

  • Participation certificates

Cancellations must be in writing to the Congress Secretariat. Cancellations received by 31 July will be accepted and fees refunded with €25,00 discount for administration fee.
After 31 July, cancellations will be accepted and fees will be refunded in 50%.
No refund can be made for cancellations received after 31 October.

All refunds will only be processed after the Congress.

The registred delegte agrees with the use of his or her email address by the Congress organisation, or service providers, for matters directly related with this event.
