The 13th European
Congress of Sport Psychology will be organized in Madeira, Portugal
between the 12th and 17th of July 2011.
 The
working title is: Sport and Exercise Psychology: Human Performance,
Well-Being and Health and the congress will be chaired by Sidonio
Serpa, Professor
at
Faculty of Human Kinetics, Technical University of Lisbon,
Portugal.
This edition
is organized by the Institute of Sport of the
Autonomous Region of Madeira, Faculty of Human Kinetics of
Technical University of Lisbon and University of Madeira
under the auspices of the European Federation of Sport
Psychology.
Here in the Atlantic Ocean, not too far from the
centre of Europe, we find the islands of Madeira and Porto Santo.
The archipelago is famous for its friendly people, exceptional
natural beauty and mild climate.
Madeira Islands are just a short trip from Europe, to a destination
where you can combine holidays on the beach, in the mountains or in
the city.
Madeira and Porto Santo are the ideal places to relax and restore
the balance of mind and body that you need to face the stress of
daily life, and offcourse, attend
the 13th European
Congress of Sport Psychology.
